You'd think they would be happy customers are helping identify issues but they responded with arrogance, when someone from the dev team finally got involved they asked for 15 details around version number, model device etc. Not so much the problem was not designed out at build stage or when Samsung onboarded but more the way the customer service team did not care about solving the issue. Sync to Samsung watch and Samsung health app is broken, keeps pulling through duplicated figures (steps plus active logged exercise which is already included in total steps).
